Drywall sagging

My ceilings are sagging. I have been told by insurance adjustor, that my radiant heat caused this. The radiant heat has not been in operation for 6 years. I disconnected when I installed CA and heat pump. Can this be true? I also had roof damage 11 months ago, new roof installed, I believe I had water damage from bad roof. Any suggestions?
