Yes install on all the walls and ceiling in a bathroom, if its paper faced it should be green(most common) blue or purple, If its a fiberglass face you will need to skim coat the entire surface.

the green board should not be used for wet areas. But you are using the CBU which is correct. But these seams should be taped also and this wall coated with a waterproofing material like Redguard.

If it's not in a shower, use Densarmor. Green or blue board is still paper faced. If it's in a shower and will get covered by tile then use cement board or Densguard. My experience has been that if you prime and paint it right, you don't need to skim coat fiberglass faced drywall.

The little bit of DensArmor I've used needed a glaze coat to get a smooth finish. Maybe it has changed. Don't waste your money on green board. Regular drywall will work just fine if proper ventilation and appropriate paint are used.....
