I posted about 10 days ago about a customer using his halogen mini light to find imperfections. Spent three hours with my drywall guy while he sanded and and skim coated as needed. still not good enough and that was the third trip. Brought in another guy in an effort to close this SOB out and met just today. Still there were small flake spots or minor tool marks which I thiink, based on the thread comments, would be gone after the customer completes his prime coat. My new drywall guy recommended we go on and prime the areas, joints mainly and some trouble ceiling and corners. Not in my contract but it looks like that is the only way to end this freeking mess.
Just an update and thanks to you all who had given advice.

This is def. a great lesson in managing expectations from the beginning. Glad to hear you made it right though. Actually, I'm glad you took your time and came to a public forum looking for advice. Gives me hope when I contract things out that people will actually care about my project.
