Drywall installation

I have ceiling and wall damage from a leaky roof that has since been repaired. I have lath and plaster walls that need to be demoed and replaced. Just wondering what I should expect to pay a professional to do the work (demo the existing damaged drywall, hang new drywall, tape, texture, and paint).

Start making phone calls-----due to new RRP lead paint regulations---you might want to do the demolition your self-----the RRP compliance for a contractor add a bunch to the bill---

Homeowners can do their own demo without involving the inspectors----

The reason question like this are frowned on is because their is so much difference in pricing in different areas. what may be a good price in my area may be a lot different in your area. The best thing to do is call around in your area and get at least 3 estimates. If the prices are close then that is about what it will cost.
