does it always look bad before it looks good?

I'm getting annoyed with drywalling...I just finished hanging. When does it start to come together and actually start to look like walls?

You just have to think ahead on how it's going to look when your done. Walk thru the rest of the house and envision that. I'm just getting ready to hang my basement complete. I don't try to imagine how much more I have to do. I just dwell on the task at hand. Do the best you can hanging and then move on and do the best you can finishing. Some of the pros here can probably add to it, but as a DIY'er I can tell you to hang in there (no pun intended).

Don't put too much on and don't take too much off. Keep at it.
