Covering up wallpaper
I'm looking at trying lauan over wallpaper in my kitchen. The wallpaper was applied directly to the drywall
. It's almost impossible to remove without doing extensive repair to the drywall. Anyone else have any experience with the lauan? TIA

Covering up wallpaper
If I'm understanding correctly, you're going to apply a veneer plywood over your walls?? (That's what luan is.) It's certainly not going to be a smooth/seamless surface......
