I use one if I have one on hand, but most people I've talked to hate them.
What I do with mine is bend it slightly so it's more then a 90 deg. angle.
What you will find is it's rare to find a true 90 deg. inside corner, by bending it a little I can press down and have it fit tight to both walls.
A 6" wide knife can be just as fast though.

The little ones are worthless. The large, flexible ones can come in handy but you usually have to go back over everything with a wide knife anyhow.

One thing is they dont float the corner out far enough.Should feather out at least 6" out from the corner.

Just do 1 side at a time start with a 6" for first coat than an 8" for second coat.

Its nice especially skim coating, One swipe sets the corner and your just feathering out the edges.
