ceramic end towel bar

The ceramic end of my towel bar fell off the dry wall. There was no damage to the dry wall, the stub that fits in to the end holder is still intact. Can I use liquid nail to rattach it and what do I use to hold it in place until is sets up.

Yes==Liiquid nails or silicone caulk---any good tape will do---painters tape if you are taping to a painted wall
