bathroom greenboard

I have already put up the greenboard in my new basement finish bathroom, do I need a vapour barrier behind the green board?

is this even debatable? you already hung the rock. most people don't but tar paper on the studs doesn't hurt. it's just one of those steps that comes down to if you want to spend the 20 bucks and hour stringing it out. i just helped with a bathroom the other day where we decided to tar behind cement board just to create one extra level of protection.
