Any tips on mudding/touching up this tight spot
Tight spot between soffit and stairs.
Flex 1" knife is not happening. Maybe if I tape a pipe to the handle to get better reach- but I need to mud/pull it tight as even getting fingers in there is a chore. Any tips or suggestions

Can you glue some molding in there? Or even extend the ceiling all the way to the stairs? Does that area have a reason to be higher than the ceiling?

The shot you see is just the tight spot on the angle/incline of where the stair meets the soffit. The high spot is the ceiling. It's just the way the pic was taken.
Molding would not be a good thing in that spot. I suppose you can only really see it if you pointed a light and looked for it....when paint is on it, it can only blend in more. |
