Are these gone then? What are my options with them?: cut them down and remove, cut down and burn (fire pit). Is it possible to treat this at all?

Another question - I have extremely old trees in the front yard (100+ yrs). How can I protect these from the same damage?

Thanks.

I have a rock area about 18 inches wide running along the back of my house, between the house and patio. there is one spot in particular that, no matter what I do, I constantly find holes in the rocks going under the house and a massive pile of dirt (see the picture below). How do I find out what's doing it, and how do I stop them? I tried pouring mole repellant into the holes, but it did nothing. I also see holes in other spots near the foundation, but nothing like this....it's pretty ugly looking.

Thanks!

Here is the dirt pile, the other picture is what the rest of the rock area looks like...
IF I spray Tempo all around it goes away or gets alot less for a couple weeks and then comes roaring back.

Darn aggravating o be setting in the easy chair rubbing these critters off of you all night, ANY ways of 'permanent' removal of them, not the temp spray ways??

Is that possible? most of the time they are dead or just crawling (only 2 were flying) and in the sink or tub. I was in the room once when there was one crawling in the sink and next thing I saw 2 in the sink. I did not notice any flying in. Can they crawl through water? I use that sink and the trap should be full.
Thank you.
