Smell from drywall/paint?

Hi, 4 weeks ago we painted our powder room, Behr Zero VOC Black. The walls were already painted a couple of times before by the previous owners. We did one coat on Saturday and another one the next day. The smell wash't offensive at all; everything went well.
But then on Sunday evening late my husband went in and said it smelled like compost/rotten grass.The next days I put two extra fans, aside from the buit in one, but the smell wouldn't go away. I contacted Home Depot, Behr and they said...

Need help for constructing iron frame for partition in room

I want to construct partition in my room because my room is open like if someone has to go to next room they have to pass from my room because doors are parallel to each other, so I want to construct a wall with Iron rods and I will fill it with plywood in the frame of iron. I have decided to construct the wall and height & width of the wall is 7' feet by 13' feet. Please suggest me ASAP.

I have some water damage to my ten year old floor. I saved some wood but it's not enough to cover the damaged area.
